Commercial use requires a valid paid license.
TelIntel is licensed as a downloadable B2B software toolkit for telecom customer experience intelligence. Commercial use, production deployment, redistribution, hosted access, or integration into paid services requires an active commercial license.

1. Licensed Product
TelIntel is provided as a licensed software toolkit, not as a transfer of ownership. The toolkit may include runtime files, inference scripts, API components, documentation, sample materials, validation utilities, reporting assets, and related deployment materials depending on the purchased package.
2. Commercial Use
Commercial use includes production deployment, internal business use beyond evaluation, paid analytics workflows, customer-facing services, hosted APIs, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or integration into paid platforms or managed services.
3. License Scope
A commercial license grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the licensed TelIntel package according to the purchased plan, license period, permitted deployment model, and applicable product documentation.
4. Standard Access Is Separate
Standard Access is non-commercial unless separately authorized. Evaluation materials, public examples, demo outputs, or review files do not grant production, resale, redistribution, or commercial deployment rights.
5. Controlled Distribution
TelIntel model packages, adapters, scripts, documentation, benchmark materials, validation tools, and deployment tooling may not be copied, published, redistributed, sublicensed, resold, transferred, or made publicly available unless expressly permitted in writing.
6. Private and Local Deployment
TelIntel is positioned for controlled private or local deployment. Customers are responsible for securing their own infrastructure, access controls, user permissions, customer data, internal policies, and production environment.
7. Data Handling Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any data used with TelIntel complies with their internal privacy, security, regulatory, and customer-data obligations. Real customer records should not be used in evaluation or public demo contexts unless properly authorized and protected.
8. No Unauthorized Hosted Service
Customers may not offer TelIntel as a public hosted service, API, managed service, or customer-facing platform unless the applicable commercial agreement expressly allows that use case.
9. No Reverse Engineering or Model Extraction
Customers may not attempt to reverse engineer, extract, clone, reconstruct, publish, or train competing systems from the licensed package, model behavior, adapter outputs, benchmark materials, or proprietary workflow design except where applicable law expressly prohibits such restriction.
10. License Term and Renewal
Commercial access may be time-limited according to the purchased plan. Continued use after the license period requires renewal or separate written authorization. Expired licenses do not grant ongoing commercial deployment rights.
11. Support and Implementation
Unless separately agreed, the commercial license covers access to the licensed software package and documentation, not custom implementation, managed service operation, ongoing consulting, or customer-specific development.
12. Relationship to Terms of Service
