Refund Policy
Refund terms for digital software access.
TelIntel Standard is a downloadable licensed software toolkit. Refund eligibility depends on checkout status, access delivery, download availability, and verified technical issues.
Last updated: June 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to paid TelIntel software access purchased through the CXIntel website or an approved checkout provider. TelIntel is a digital B2B software toolkit delivered through a protected download or protected access workflow.
2. Free Standard Access
Free Standard Access is non-commercial and does not involve a paid purchase. Because no payment is collected for free Standard Access, refunds do not apply to evaluation-only access.
3. Paid Digital Product
TelIntel Standard is sold as a licensed digital software package. The package may include runtime files, inference scripts, API components, validation utilities, Results Analyzer materials, documentation, examples, license terms, and version details.
4. Refunds Before Access Delivery
A refund may be available if the customer requests cancellation before access to the protected download page, license package, or licensed materials has been delivered, subject to checkout-provider processing rules and applicable law.
5. Refunds After Access or Download
Because TelIntel is a downloadable digital software product, refunds are generally not available after access credentials, protected download access, license materials, or package files have been delivered, unless required by applicable law or approved due to a verified technical issue.
6. Verified Technical Issues
If a customer cannot access the purchased package due to a verified technical issue caused by the delivery workflow, CXIntel will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an alternative protected delivery method. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be considered.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available for change of mind after download access, lack of internal readiness, customer infrastructure limitations, unsupported hardware, misuse, violation of license terms, redistribution, failure to review product requirements before purchase, or use outside the permitted license scope.
8. Compatibility and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, hardware expectations, deployment requirements, documentation, licensing terms, and access details before purchase. TelIntel is intended for qualified technical or operational teams capable of running a local/private software toolkit.
9. Checkout Provider Process
If checkout is processed by a third-party payment provider such as Paddle, refund requests may be processed through that provider’s systems. The provider may handle refund execution, tax adjustments, transaction records, fraud checks, and payment-method reversal timing.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact CXIntel first for access or delivery issues before opening a payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks, misuse of refund processes, or disputes after successful access delivery may result in license suspension or access restriction.
11. License Term
Refund approval, if granted, does not create ongoing license rights. If a refund is issued, the customer’s license, access rights, download rights, and permission to use the TelIntel package may be terminated.
12. How to Request a Refund Review
Refund review requests should include the purchaser name, purchase email, order or receipt reference, date of purchase, reason for the request, and any relevant access or technical details. Requests can be submitted through the contact or access channel published on the CXIntel website.
13. Policy Updates
CXIntel may update this Refund Policy as the checkout provider, product packaging, licensing model, or delivery workflow evolves. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
