Terms of Service
Terms for using CXIntel and TelIntel.
These terms apply to the CXIntel website, TelIntel access paths, evaluation review, paid toolkit licensing, checkout, and protected software delivery.
Last updated: June 2026
1. Overview
CXIntel provides information, evaluation materials, access options, and licensed software products related to TelIntel, a B2B software toolkit for telecom customer experience intelligence. By using the CXIntel website, requesting access, starting evaluation, or purchasing a paid license, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Product Description
TelIntel is a downloadable B2B AI software toolkit designed to help telecom customer experience teams classify customer interactions, detect operational themes and risk patterns, identify recurring issues, and generate structured analysis reports in a local or private deployment.
3. Standard Access
Standard Access is provided only for review and non-commercial assessment unless separately authorized in writing. Standard Access does not grant production use, commercial deployment, resale, redistribution, hosted access, sublicensing, or integration into paid services.
4. Paid Commercial Access
Paid commercial access to TelIntel Standard is provided under a time-limited commercial license. The current Standard access path is a 12-month licensed toolkit package, subject to payment, checkout verification, these Terms of Service, the Commercial License terms, and any package-specific documentation.
5. Checkout and Payment Processing
Paid checkout may be processed through a third-party payment provider such as Paddle. The payment provider may handle payment authorization, tax calculation, fraud prevention, receipts, refunds, and compliance checks. CXIntel does not directly store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
6. Pricing and Taxes
Product pricing is displayed on the relevant access or pricing page. Prices may change over time. Taxes, VAT, currency conversion, and payment-provider fees may be calculated or collected by the checkout provider according to the customer location and applicable rules.
7. Delivery of Digital Product
After successful checkout verification, the customer may receive access to a protected download page or protected delivery workflow containing the licensed TelIntel package, documentation, license copy, version details, and related materials. Product files should not be shared publicly or redistributed.
8. License and Usage Restrictions
TelIntel is licensed, not sold. Customers receive only the rights expressly granted under the applicable license. Customers may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share, reverse engineer, extract, clone, or make the product publicly available unless expressly permitted in writing.
9. Commercial License Relationship
The Commercial License page provides additional product-specific rules for paid commercial use, private deployment, controlled distribution, license term, support limits, and deployment responsibility. If there is a conflict between general website terms and the product-specific Commercial License, the product-specific terms control for the licensed TelIntel package.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of TelIntel complies with their internal policies, security requirements, privacy obligations, applicable laws, customer-data rules, infrastructure controls, and telecom operational requirements.
11. Data Handling
Customers should not submit real customer records, confidential telecom data, account information, sensitive personal information, or regulated data through public forms, public demos, or evaluation paths unless a separate written arrangement and appropriate controls are in place. Private deployment data remains the responsibility of the customer organization unless otherwise agreed.
12. Prohibited Use
You may not use CXIntel or TelIntel to violate laws, infringe rights, expose private customer data, bypass security controls, build unauthorized competing products from the licensed materials, provide unauthorized hosted access, or operate the product outside the permitted license scope.
13. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the CXIntel Refund Policy and, where applicable, the checkout provider’s process. Because TelIntel is a downloadable digital software product, refunds may be limited after access, download, license delivery, or material product use has occurred.
14. Support and Services
Unless separately agreed in writing, paid access covers the licensed software package and documentation. It does not include custom implementation, managed service operation, customer-specific development, ongoing consulting, dedicated support, or production monitoring.
15. Availability and Changes
CXIntel may update, change, pause, remove, or replace website content, access paths, product descriptions, pricing pages, evaluation materials, checkout links, or delivery workflows as the product evolves. CXIntel may also update product packages or documentation over time.
16. Third-Party Services
The website and checkout flow may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, form tools, payment providers, email tools, analytics tools, or security services. Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and technical availability.
17. No Guaranteed Outcome
TelIntel is an analytical software toolkit. Outputs should be reviewed by qualified users before operational decisions are made. CXIntel does not guarantee that every classification, label, report, recommendation, or analysis output will be complete, error-free, or suitable for every customer environment.
18. Limitation of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CXIntel is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, misuse of the product, unauthorized deployment, customer infrastructure issues, or decisions made based on unreviewed outputs.
19. Termination or Access Restriction
CXIntel may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where there is suspected misuse, unauthorized redistribution, violation of license terms, security risk, payment issue, abuse of Standard Access, or use outside the permitted product scope.
20. Updates to These Terms
CXIntel may update these Terms of Service as the website, checkout process, legal pages, licensing model, or product delivery workflow changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
