Privacy Policy

Privacy-safe by design.

CXIntel and TelIntel are designed around controlled review, anonymized examples, private deployment workflows, and strict data handling expectations.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how CXIntel handles information collected through the CXIntel website, access-request forms, product review workflows, and TelIntel-related communications. TelIntel is a B2B software toolkit for telecom customer experience intelligence, designed for controlled evaluation and private/local deployment.

2. Information We May Collect

When you contact CXIntel, request access, request commercial review, or communicate about TelIntel, we may collect information such as your name, business email address, organization name, role, country, product interest, and any message or business context you choose to provide.

3. Website and Usage Data

The website may collect limited technical information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, approximate region, referral source, and basic security logs. This information is used to operate, protect, and improve the website and product-access flow.

4. Payment and Checkout Data

If paid checkout is enabled through a third-party payment provider such as Paddle, payment details are processed by that provider. CXIntel does not directly store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. The payment provider may process information needed for checkout, tax calculation, fraud prevention, receipts, refunds, and compliance.

5. Public Demo Data

The public demo preview uses static, representative examples. It is not connected to live customer systems, does not operate as a public inference endpoint, and should not include real customer names, phone numbers, account identifiers, or sensitive personal information.

6. Evaluation and Product Review Data

Standard Access may involve sample files, synthetic examples, anonymized records, or limited test material provided for review. Users should avoid submitting real personal data, confidential customer records, telecom account data, or sensitive operational data unless a separate written agreement and appropriate deployment review are in place.

7. Private Deployment Data

For private or local deployments, customer data should remain under the customer organization’s control unless separately agreed in writing. Any production deployment should be reviewed for data handling, access control, privacy expectations, retention, security, and operational readiness before use.

8. Identity and Privacy Guardrails

TelIntel includes privacy-oriented guardrails for interactions involving customer identity, ownership of numbers, account details, or private personal information. Such requests should be routed into privacy or identity categories and handled according to the customer organization’s internal policies.

9. How Information Is Used

CXIntel may use collected information to respond to inquiries, review access requests, provide product information, manage evaluation or commercial review workflows, improve the website, protect against misuse, maintain records, and comply with applicable legal or payment-provider requirements.

10. Sharing of Information

CXIntel does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website, payment and checkout providers, hosting providers, email or communication tools, security services, or professional advisors where reasonably necessary for product operation, compliance, support, or business administration.

11. Data Retention

CXIntel retains information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including access review, customer communication, transaction records, legal compliance, security, and operational records. Evaluation or deployment data should be handled according to the applicable written agreement or customer-controlled deployment arrangement.

12. Security

CXIntel aims to use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no website, internet transmission, payment system, or software workflow can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers are responsible for securing their own local/private deployments and access controls.

13. International Processing

Because CXIntel may use third-party providers for hosting, checkout, communication, or analytics, information may be processed in countries other than the user’s country. Where applicable, such processing is handled through the relevant provider’s infrastructure and policies.

14. User Choices and Requests

Users may request correction, deletion, or review of personal information they have provided, subject to reasonable identity verification, legal obligations, payment-provider records, security requirements, and legitimate business needs. Privacy questions may be submitted through the contact or access-request channel published on the CXIntel website.

15. Changes to This Policy

CXIntel may update this Privacy Policy as the website, checkout process, product packaging, or deployment model evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Privacy review is part of deployment readiness.
